Forge Summer Pre-Nationals Camp 2026
Get ready to compete at your best with the Forge Team’s competitive training camp this summer. This intensive camp is designed to prepare athletes for the 2026 Summer National Championships or to give motivated fencers a strong jump-start on training for the upcoming season.
Training will combine high-level fencing with athletic development and mental preparation in a focused, team-centered environment.
Camp Experiences Include:
- High-quality fencing and tactical training
- Pre-programmed conditioning sessions periodized for this upcoming competition
- Physical fitness tracking and performance monitoring
- Tactical lectures and guided video review
- Sport psychology and mental skills preparation
- Team-building activities and collaborative training with Region 6’s best
Participants will include Forge High Performance Members, Travel Team athletes, and competitive fencers from other clubs, creating a diverse and challenging training environment in our world-class facility.
Who Should Attend:
- Competitive fencers Youth-12, Youth 14, Cadet, Junior, Division 1 & NCAA, Veteran, and Parafencers
- Athletes preparing for Summer Nationals and the upcoming competitive season
- Fencers with at least one year of competitive experience
- Youth fencers with less than one year of competitive experience, or those new to Forge’s competitive program, should consider the Youth Competitive Camp (June 22–26) instead.
Schedule & Cost:
- Dates: June 15th through June 19th, 2026
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily (1.5 hour lunch)
- Cost: $475 per athlete
Individual lessons will be available by advance sign-up at an additional cost or through Forge member lesson packages.
Visiting From Out of Town?
Fencers from other clubs are welcome! Forge Fencing is located in downtown Durham, a fun and walkable area with many nearby AirBnB options. A limited number of homestays may be available. Please reach out if you need help coordinating your visit.
